My name is Travis. I am a 32 year old who has a terrible affliction called wanderlust. I've been planning, plotting, and scheming my way to finally fulfill and live my lifetime dream of wandering around the globe. As long as I can remember I've always been fascinated with other cultures and ways of life. I've always tried to imagine what it is like to be in exotic and foreign locales and to experience the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes associated with them. My aim is to realize my dreams and make all of my aspirations come to fruition.

So I've taken an extended and indefinite hiatus from my career to chase my dreams. What this grand adventure will hold for me and what I hope to find, I do not know. But unless I go and seek it out for myself I would live a life full of regret.

I've started this site to document my journeys and keep an honest and open online journal/blog for myself and anyone who wishes to follow along. Many days I've read up on other travel sites living vicariously through others being inspired in all the world has to offer. It will be nice to be on the other side of things now.
